Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Founding Member Reservation (₹499)

The ₹499 founding member reservation fee is non-refundable. This is a one-time payment that reserves your spot as one of our 20 founding members.

What the ₹499 covers:

• A reserved founding member spot (only 20 available)
• Lifetime price lock at ₹9,999/month (vs ₹14,999/month at launch)
• Priority access when Exaflux launches
• Direct input on product features during development

Because the reservation fee is nominal (₹499) and secures tangible benefits (price lock and priority access), we do not offer refunds on reservation payments.

2. Future Subscription Cancellation

When the Exaflux product launches and you activate your founding member subscription:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to Exaflux until the end of the paid period
• No refunds will be issued for partial or unused billing periods

3. Product Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that we are unable to launch the Exaflux product, all founding members will be notified and we will issue full refunds of the ₹499 reservation fee.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or have concerns about your payment, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
