1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exaflux website at exaflux.io and any related services provided by Exaflux ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Exaflux is a bioprocess data dashboard designed for fermentation scientists and process development teams. The product is currently under development. Our website offers a founding member reservation — a ₹499 payment that reserves your spot and locks in early-access pricing when the product launches.

Important: The ₹499 reservation does not grant immediate access to a product. It reserves your spot as a founding member with guaranteed pricing of ₹9,999/month for life (compared to the standard price of ₹14,999/month at launch).

3. Founding Member Reservation

By making a ₹499 reservation, you receive:

• A reserved founding member spot (limited to 20 spots)
• Lifetime price lock at ₹9,999/month (vs ₹14,999/month at launch)
• Priority access when the product launches
• Direct input on product features during development

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your credit card or debit card information on our servers.

5. Future Subscription Terms

When the Exaflux product launches, founding members will be invited to activate their subscription at the locked-in rate of ₹9,999/month. At that point:

• Subscriptions will be billed monthly
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Exaflux website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Exaflux and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exaflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (i.e., the ₹499 reservation fee).

8. Disclaimer

The Exaflux product is under development. While we intend to deliver the product as described, timelines and features may change. The website and any related services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to founding members or posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
