How to: Turn a folder you already have into a project

1. Click the project name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the project menu, and choose Open folder….
2. Pick the folder. Nothing is copied or moved anywhere — Axon works on the folder where it is.
3. Axon scans it and shows what it found in a card above the file list. Press Index these sources to make it searchable — opening a folder never starts indexing on its own.

Opening the same folder again brings back the same project rather than creating a second one, so it's safe to do this more than once.
